NorthWest Aviation- A Vibrant Office Interior

This project began with a significant challenge: transforming a small office footprint into a space that was simultaneously playful, functional, and aesthetically striking. We embraced the constraints of the raw structure, meticulously solving every detail to realize the client's vision. Our core approach was to circulate the space entirely around the team, placing the employees at the heart of the design. We achieved this flow and energy by strategically deploying vibrant colors and integrating completely customized, modular furniture. The result is a dynamic, efficient, and inspiring office that brought an undeniable smile to our client's face—a true reflection of design magic.

THE MINARILA- The Architecture of Endless Memory

The Minarila was conceived as an architectural commitment to a perpetual narrative, where the house holds stories that never truly end. The primary design challenge was reconciling sleek modern geometry with the boundless complexity of nature. We achieved this by carving a deep, recessed green courtyard into the structure's core, making a private sanctuary that draws the sky and light within. This integrated void is the building's heart. Defined by clean lines and dramatic lighting, The Minarila stands as an elegant shelter where every passing moment—every beam of light, every rustle of leaves—becomes a fresh, untold story.

SWISH: Elevating Retail Experience

Our ongoing engagement with SWISH, a leading sanitary brand, demonstrates our ability to deliver high-impact corporate retail architecture across multiple outlets (Banani, Kuril, Uttara and Chittagong is upcoming). This work demands a mastery of complex logistics and diverse materials—from specialized tiles and shower enclosures to raw brick, steel, wood, marble, signage and so on. We navigate these distinct challenges to ensure brand consistency and maximum functionality. This continuous partnership is a testament to our adaptability, with the ultimate reward being the praising of customer feedback that confirms the success of our designs in a live retail environment.

D11 GRAY- A Monochromatic Clarity

This home interior project was a distinct journey to elevate our competency, challenging us to translate a respectful client's desire for a monochromatic black, white, and gray aesthetic. The core objective was to make the 1,600 sq. ft. space feel significantly more spacious and calmer. We embraced this challenge by applying an ultra-modern European design philosophy. Our solution focused on intelligent space zoning and nuanced manipulation of the gray palette. By incorporating various shades of gray, we introduced depth and texture without disrupting the minimal aesthetic. The result is a home defined by deep serenity, proving our efficiency in crafting environments that are both beautifully aesthetic and remarkably expansive.

KOHELIA: The Architecture of Kinship

Kohelia, named after the river that shapes the land, is a residential project in the coastal environment of Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. Designed for a respected client who is a cultural personality and their vibrant joint family, this structure is fundamentally an architecture of bonding and permanence. The challenge was to translate the warmth of a joint family structure into a modern vertical dwelling. We achieved this through an honest architectural language of exposed brick framed by clean, cantilevered white masses, offering both privacy and communal connection across the floors. The design incorporates deep balconies and integrated greenery to capture the coastal air and light. Kohelia stands as a thoughtful sanctuary where family life flows, much like the river it is named after, rooted in heritage yet reaching toward the future.
